As hiring activity ramps up in the U.S. labor market, employers are discovering that leveraging flexible work arrangements is as fundamental to retaining and recruiting talent as crafting competitive pay and benefit packages.
Business leaders and HR executives across the Upstate are invited to attend the Sept. 14 meeting of the Greenville chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (GSHRM) focusing on Workplace Flexibility. Led by SHRM Southeastern Field Services Director, Gloria Sinclair-Miller, the presentation will:
1. Build a business case for workplace flexibility
2. Share ideas to design solutions suitable for an organization’s needs and culture
3. Provide examples of how to implement them.
The meeting will be held at the Poinsett Club in Greenville from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The cost is $25 and includes lunch. Membership is not required. To register, visit https://together4hr.org/event-4208050.
