May 3, 2022 (Greenville, S.C.) -- Velocity Truck Centers (VTC) has announced that the company has further expanded into the Southeast United States with the acquisition of Christopher Trucks, a Greenville-based, family-run company in business for 71 years. The acquisition of Christopher Trucks brings the fast-growing Greenville and Spartanburg areas of South Carolina into the VTC network. With the nine locations in North Carolina and the two locations in South Carolina, the addition of Christopher Trucks’ additional two locations establish VTC as the most comprehensive network in the Carolinas with more locations than any other dealer network.

The acquisition was finalized on April 29, 2022, and Christopher Trucks and its employees will maintain operations in the region under the Velocity Truck Centers name.
