Camperdown Academy Head of School Dan Blanch receives School of Honor Award

Camperdown Academy is proud to be the recipient of the W. Keller Kissam School of Honor for 2021. The South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA) is recognizing Camperdown Academy as one of the premier dyslexic schools in the Southeast with this distinction. "From their stellar individualized instructional methodology to their outside-the-box educational initiatives, every decision that is made by this outstanding educational institution is dedicated to the long-term success of their students," says SCISA Executive Director Dr. Spencer Jordan. Head of School, Dan Blanch, was on hand to receive the award on behalf of staff and students. Since 1986, Camperdown Academy has been providing excellence in the education of dyslexic children. With a 98.8% high school graduation rate, the non-profit school serves students in grades one through eight and provides ongoing education and training for professionals and parents.
