Dail Longaker, Director of Investment Sales at Trinity Partners, recently represented a Maine-based investor in their $3.1 million acquisition of the John Harris Body Shop at 635 W. Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer, South Carolina. Located between Greenville and Spartanburg, the state of the art body and repair shop was sold by Tennessee-based FirstChoice Property & Development, LLC.
The property comprises a 20,929 square foot building on 2.2 acres and has been leased since 2018 by John Harris Body Shop, a widely recognized, family-owned business with 14 locations in South Carolina and Georgia.
“The Greer, SC John Harris Body Shop is the only privately-owned body shop in the State of South Carolina certified by BMW to perform body repair work on their vehicles,” said Longaker. “Achieving this accolade is a testament to the quality of the facility and automobile repair work performed by John Harris.”
