Greenville, South Carolina (February 27, 2020) – Augusta Grove, one of the largest industrial business parks in Greenville County, announced the start of construction on its third multi-tenant, Class A, speculative industrial building.
As a testament to the leasing momentum in the Augusta Grove Business Park and the success of 1610 Old Grove Road and 1700 Old Grove Road, a third speculative building is underway and will be completed by the late Fall of 2020. The Class A industrial building located on Grove Reserve Parkway will be a ±158,886 square feet, concrete tilt-wall industrial project known as Grove Reserve. The building will have a 30’ minimum clear height, 50’ x 54’ column spacing, 60’ speed bays, 135’ truck court, 34 dock doors, 150+ car parking spaces, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, as well as utilities with the capacity to accommodate both distribution and manufacturing users. The building is located on a ±13 acre site near the intersection of Grove Reserve Parkway and Highway 25; the rear-load facility can accommodate up to five different tenants ranging from ±34,000 SF to ±158,886 SF.
Grove Reserve’s cutting-edge, flexible design is the product of collaboration between the multi-national architectural firm Wakefield Beasley & Associates – a NELSON Company, BlueWATER Civil Design, which is based in Greenville with a solid presence across the southeast, and Harper Corporation, an award-winning general contractor also based in Greenville will be handling construction. The project’s development team is led by the TPA Group of Atlanta, Greenville-based Appian Investments, and Irvine California based Passco Companies.
Design plans are complete, site work and construction have started, and NAI Earle Furman’s brokerage team, Julian “Grice” Hunt, SIOR, Clifton “Clay” Williams, and Ford Borders, SIOR, are actively marketing the Grove Reserve building for lease.
