January 6, 2021 – Greenville/SC – The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, recently donated a total of $20,000 to Urban League of the Upstate as part of the foundation’s commitment to giving back to the community.
The funds from the TD Charitable Foundation will be used to support the Right Step Juvenile Diversion Program. The main goal of this program is to positively impact the lives and behaviors of the youth who are on the verge of entering the juvenile justice system. The program acts on balance and restorative justice and provides support and stabilization to youth in the community through home/school visits, education and counseling.
“We are so excited about the endless possibilities afforded to us because of the generosity of the TD Charitable Foundation. Hope is being restored, skills are being learned and families are being positively impacted,” said Sean Dogan, Interim President & CEO of Urban League of the Upstate.
