Columbia, SC – Scott and Company LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Terri Wilson, CPA to manager.
Wilson joined the Scott and Company LLC team in 2018 as a senior accountant. In her new role as manager, she will work primarily in the firm’s Assurance and Advisory Services Department. Her previous experience includes two and a half years as an internal auditor with the local branch of a consumer finance company and three and a half years performing audit work with an international accounting firm.
“From the day she joined our team, Terri has gone above and beyond to exceed the expectations of clients and coworkers alike,” said Don Mobley, CPA, Managing Member. “She is a skilled professional with a strong work ethic. We are excited to watch her continue to grow as a member of our team.”
Wilson graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, where she earned a Master of Accountancy degree. She also attended Presbyterian College, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Management. Wilson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and currently resides in Lexington, South Carolina.
