Sarah Gill Joins FUEL as Employee Experience Manager

FUEL–a Greenville-based marketing agency offering a full suite of strategy, creative, branding, advertising, and PR services–is pleased to announce that Sarah Gill has joined its team as employee experience manager. In this newly created position, Gill will oversee all human resources and employee development responsibilities, including talent recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, training and coaching, and professional development, focusing on the continuous growth and wellbeing of each employee.

With more than a decade of experience, Gill has broad-based knowledge in all aspects of human resource management, from hiring and on-boarding to employee development and employment law. She has worked in both small and large organizations and has been instrumental in HR efforts for several leading brands, including Chick-fil-A, BB&T, and DoubleTree by Hilton. She will apply her strong skills in management, leadership, training, and development to support the FUEL team and improve efforts to create a positive experience for each team member.

Gill attended Clemson University where she earned her bachelor’s degree of science in human resource management and her Master’s in human resource development (MHRD). She is also a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP).
