The anchor tenant is Furniture Services Incorporated, a provider of quality rental furniture packages to individuals or businesses, and relocation services to corporate executives and professionals. Furniture Services Inc. was also owned by the Sanders Group, and has showroom offices in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston.
FSI took the opportunity to relocate the Greenville showroom to 12 Park Place Court in Greenville, a 33,800sf standalone facility, and Glenn Batson represented the Sanders Group as buyers of this property as well.
