RealOp Investments adds Shane Gray as Operations and Project Manager

GREENVILLE, S.C. – RealOp Investments has hired Shane Gray as an Operations and Project Manager.

Gray started his professional career as the building engineer for Ogden Government Services where he operated and maintained 500,000 square feet of high security government facilities in the Washington, D.C. market. He later served as an Assistant Chief Engineer at Park Tower Management, a Senior Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, Principal at Commercial Building Consulting, and Director of Project Management and Maintenance at Avison Young in North Carolina. Gray also earned a certificate in project and construction management from North Carolina State University in 2007.

“We’re excited to have Shane join RealOp, bringing an extensive background in building operations and construction management to the team,” said Reggie Bell, CEO of RealOp Investments. “He has a true passion for what he does and we are excited to see what the future holds for him at RealOp.”

Gray has institutional level management experience all across the US, spanning a career of over 20 years.

“Attention to detail is one of the most important components of building operations,” Gray said. “Whether managing proactive maintenance schedules or major improvement projects; the details of materials, methods and systems working cohesively within the building envelope are critical to operational efficiency.”
