REALOP INVESTMENTS ACQUIRES INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AT 130 COMMERCE CENTER IN GREENVILLE, SC

Under RealOp’s ownership, the property will provide 320,427 square feet of newly renovated and rebranded industrial warehouse space

Greenville, S.C. – December 14, 2020 – RealOp Investments, a commercial real estate and private equity investment firm based in Greenville, South Carolina, adds another asset to its industrial portfolio. 130 Commerce Center is a 320,427-square-foot industrial facility in Greenville, S.C. The property is located right off of I-85 via Pelham Rd, with Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport and the Inland Port only minutes away.

The building was vacant at the time of acquisition. RealOp is planning a significant capital investment to update to modern facility requirements which includes roof replacement, interior and exterior painting, turn-key office space, dock repairs, LED lighting upgrades, landscaping and a rebranding of the facility to highlight its world-class location. “We are thrilled to have another opportunity to invest in our local economy.
