Sydney Crane joins as Broker Associate focusing on investment sales specializing in retail across the Southeast. Prior to joining Pintail, Sydney worked as a residential real estate agent in Savannah, GA, while also attending Georgia Southern University full time. At Georgia Southern, she was on the Dean’s List and a HOPE Scholarship recipient, earning a double degree in Marketing and Logistics & Supply Chain Management. After graduating she worked in the financial services industry and has an active Life Insurance license. Sydney plans to soon be diversified in the southeastern region in retail investment sales meeting the needs of clients in South Carolina, Georgia, and beyond.
Monty Todd joins Pintail as a Development Associate & Broker Associate. A recent graduate of the Master of Real Estate Development Program (MRED) from Clemson University, Monty is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also ARGUS Developer Certified. Prior to joining Pintail, Monty was a summer associate for DK Development in Charleston, SC, where his responsibilities included construction management, property management, market research, potential property due diligence, accounting/bookkeeping, and financial underwriting support. Before starting Clemson's MRED program in 2017, Monty spent over two years working in the orthopedic device and pharmaceutical sales industry in Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Monty holds a degree in political science from The University of Alabama.
Leslie Darver joins the team as a Sales Support Specialist. Prior to joining Pintail, Leslie spent over six years working for USAA, first as an Office Administrator in San Antonio and Dallas for the Wealth Management division, and later as a Business Risk and Controls Advisor. Her experience includes planning and coordinating seminars and events, CRM reporting, and project management, as well as risk and control analysis. Hailing from San Antonio, TX, Leslie holds a degree in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word.
