Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Phillip C. Cahaly, in the sale of an approximately 7,600 square foot building on approximately .94 acres located at 7530 White Horse Road in Greenville, SC.

Jeff Day of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Echo Ridge Venture, LLC, in the purchase of approximately 4.11 acres located at 3325 & 3337 Brushy Creek Road as well as 4.94 acres located at 3331 Brushy Creek Road, all in Greer, SC.

Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, CC & S Rentals, in the lease of approximately 1,500 square feet located at 1010 Woods Crossing, in Greenville, SC.

Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, JRG Concrete in the purchase of approximately 9 acres located at 1218 and 1286 Old N. Laurens Rd, in Fountain Inn, SC. Tyson Smoak, also of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the seller, Robin & Samuel Temples.
