Greenville, SC - Park National Bank is pleased to announce they will be relocating their Greenville office from 937 North Pleasantburg Drive to an updated and larger space at 100 Verdae Boulevard in the Bonaventure Office Park.
“We are thrilled to expand our ability to serve customers in this fast-growing community,” said Park’s Carolina Division President John Kimberly. “After careful analysis of customer preferences, we found that a more central location, which this office provides, is preferred by most.”
Park’s office in the Bonaventure Building will feature a spacious interior with a full-service banking center and state of the art technology. There will be ample space for customers to comfortably meet with personal bankers, mortgage lenders, trust & investment advisors and the commercial lending team. This facility also will offer an ATM and a convenient drive-thru. The move to the new location is expected to be completed in the summer of 2023, and the relocation will have minimal impact on customers. All Greenville staff will transfer to the new location.
John Stathakis, II, CCIM and Scott Jones, SIOR, of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord and helped finalize the lease of 12,617 square feet of office space for Park National Bank.“We are very excited to welcome Park National Bank to Bonaventure Office Park," Stathakis said.
