MAULDIN, S.C. – Oasis Animal Hospital, an emergency pet center in the Upstate, is excited to introduce a new, affordable price of $270 for all dog and cat dental cleanings for current and new clients.
Routine dental cleanings are vital to your pet’s overall health, and Oasis Animal Hospital is making affordable pet dentistry more accessible for everyone. Dental disease in pets, just like in humans, is linked to serious heart and kidney illness, along with the discomfort and pain that can be caused by gingivitis.
Oasis’s doctors and licensed technicians perform thorough examinations of your pet, their mouth, and take comprehensive oral x-rays. All patients receive safely monitored general anesthesia with catheter and fluids along with pre-op blood work. This is all included in the new affordable price.
A wellness visit is required for those pets that are not currently patients of Oasis Animal Hospital and this fee will be waived when scheduled along with the new dental care offer. Up-to-date vaccines and heartworm testing is required, but records can be provided by your family veterinarian or provided directly by the owner prior to the day of the dental cleaning.
At Oasis Animal Hospital, we believe in comprehensive dentistry where our clients are fully informed about the plan for their pet. For that reason, we do not do same-day extractions or other oral surgery. Our doctors and licensed nurses will provide a full treatment plan after the cleaning if any surgery is necessary, such as extractions or gingival repair. All dentals that need a follow-up visit will have a discharge time with our team to discuss the x-ray images and photographs.
