Greenville, SC, (8/6/18) – The March of Dimes is adding two new award categories to its annual Real Estate & Economic Development Award Luncheon.
New this year, nominations are being accepted for a Rising Star award as well as a Development of the Year Award.
The March of Dimes Rising Star Award will be presented to a recipient who has shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments within the commercial real estate industry or its related role (i.e. public, private, economic development, professional services and non-profit). Nominees should be 40 yrs. or under and exhibit outstanding leadership, professional competence, community involvement, and ambition.
The March of Dimes Development of the Year Award will be presented to a new development or re-development/adaptive reuse project that significantly enhances the community. This project should be located within Greenville County, with a completion date of January 2019-June 30, 2019.
The 22nd annual luncheon, planned for November 12, 2019 at the Poinsett Club, will honor Joe Pazdan of McMillan Pazdan Smith for his long standing history of service and community leadership in the Real Estate industry. Harper General Contractors is the 2019 Presenting Sponsor.
