C. Dan Joyner, Realtors announces Nichole Moore has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation through Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association. Moore is one of 110 members earning the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation. Approximately 83% of the 133 candidates who took the exam this year earned a passing score of 500 or higher, on a scale from 200 to 800 points. 100 candidates took advantage of the live, online proctoring option for the exam, offered for the first time this year.
The CRP® exam tests candidates’ command of corporate mobility policies and programs, real estate, tax considerations, transferee counseling, and other services. Exam content is developed under the guidance and expertise of a Worldwide ERC® CRP® Certification Review Board, and it is administered by Castle Worldwide, an independent testing consultant and proctor.
2019-2020 CRP® Certification Review Board Chairwoman Mickey Calantropio, SCRP and VP of Client Services at Altair Global, notes that “The Certified Relocation Professional® designation has helped the industry build a consistent, uniform understanding of the many and intricate practices that employee mobility entails. People who earn this prestigious credential are able to set themselves apart as experts in their field and demonstrate their commitment to ongoing professional development. Congratulations to all of our newest CRPs®.”
The CRP® program was introduced in 1990 to formally recognize individuals who demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of U.S. employee relocation. More than 11,000 individuals have earned the credential since its inception. CRPs® retain their designation by maintaining membership in the association and earning 30 recertification credit hours within each three-year period following their initial certification, ensuring they remain current on evolving industry trends.
