The Upper South Carolina Council of the Navy League is pleased to announce that US Coast Guard Captain Jeffrey K. Randall will be the guest speaker at its March 18, 2020, dinner program at the Poinsett Club in Greenville, SC.

Last October, JAMES returned to Charleston following a 62-day counter-drug patrol in the eastern Pacific Ocean, interdicting seven drug-smuggling vessels with more than 9,000 pounds of cocaine and 4,085 pounds of marijuana bound for the United States. JAMES also served as Commander of Task Force Bahamas in the wake of Hurricane Dorian.
