Greenville, South Carolina (January 2021) – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, recently welcomed James Malm to its brokerage team in Greenville, South Carolina.
James started with NAIEF in January of 2021, and he partners with Shareholder Tom Daniel in evaluating potential development opportunities and structuring deal equity with a focus on the industrial sector. Prior to joining the firm, James spent three years with Hughes Development Corporation working as a project manager. In this role, he was responsible for a broad range of financing, development, asset management, and property management activities. He also assisted the team in the redevelopment of the Bull Street District, a 181-acre site located in Columbia, South Carolina. In 2017, NAI Earle Furman, serving the Upstate of South Carolina, and North Carolina’s NAI Piedmont Triad joined forces to form a creative commercial real estate collaboration across state lines.
