Will Freeman | Broker
Will is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and joined the firm’s Greenville office in September of 2019. After playing baseball at Presbyterian College, Will moved to Vail, Colorado for three years before returning to the Midlands to pursue a career in residential real estate with the Devine Real Estate Group. Leveraging his knowledge of the industry and prior experience, Will works with Shareholder Bill Sims on sales and acquisitions of net leased investment properties (single-tenant free-standing buildings, shopping centers, and flex properties). Will assists Bill with evaluating and marketing investment properties by providing comparable property analysis and market statistics to realize the client's best possible financial return.
Jeremy Bouknight | Broker
After graduating from Clemson in 2007, Jeremy started his career in the landscape supply
industry with a territory covering the Upstate of South Carolina. He transitioned to real estate in 2013 working both the Anderson and Greenville residential markets. Jeremy joined the NAI team in June of 2019 as a broker in the Anderson office and is active in the community. With his knowledge of the area and prior experience, Jeremy is able to provide market analysis and logistics services for his clients. His focus is assisting local business owners and investors with their commercial real estate needs.
Anna Friddle | Broker
Before joining NAI Earle Furman in June of 2019, Anna was a Sales Executive in the Information Technology industry for over a decade. In that role, she focused on relationship management while leveraging opportunities for greater revenue among new and existing customers across all vertical platforms. As a broker, Anna utilizes her prior experience and skill set to assist clients with a broad range of real estate needs. She specializes in value-add commercial and residential investment properties with an emphasis on single-family portfolios, multifamily developments, and investor relations.
Michael Branch | Broker
Michael was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. After completing his degree at the College of Charleston, he had the chance to travel and live in Hawaii, Thailand, and Shanghai.
Before settling in the Upstate, Michael worked with a Charleston-based solar energy company as a technical analyst. In this role, he partnered with residential and commercial clients with site and suitability assessments. Michael joined the firm’s Greenville office as an investment sales broker in September of 2019, and he is extremely passionate about being a part of the growth and opportunity in his home state.
