League will supervise the daily operations and implement processes for continued success across the firm’s six offices in South and North Carolina. Working directly with employees and brokers, League’s role focuses on training, compliance, and strategic planning.
League has a dynamic background in sales, operations, consulting, and business development that spans over two decades. His track record in generating market share and revenue as well as motivating teams to exceed their set goals will have a lasting effect on the firm. “We couldn’t have asked for someone with a better skill set than Chris when filling this position,” said NAI Earle Furman CEO Jon Good. “His vast experience and innate coaching ability will greatly benefit our employees and sales team across our growing footprint.
