The inventory of industrial/flex property has been almost nonexistent in the last two years, due to absorption and tremendous cost increases on new construction, exacerbated by leftover supply chain problems.

Some units are also available with an air conditioned private office. The building will be fully enclosed, with a keypad gate entry.
As an introductory rate, a 3 year lease is $995.00/month for units without office, and $1,195/month with office. This rate is all inclusive, except for the tenant's electricity.
