Methodical Coffee Launches New Fall Pastry And Food Menus With New Chef Perrin Gardner

Methodical Coffee ( has announced their new Fall 2020 pastry and food offerings along with a new chef. Perrin Gardner has taken over as Head Chef at Methodical Coffee replacing Sydney Taylor, the inaugural chef who introduced their elevated food program two years ago. He has been the Sous Chef working with Sydney Taylor for the past year.

The new pastry and food menus for Fall will have something for everyone, including dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options. “We’re excited to announce Methodical’s Fall 2020 menu with some really great dishes from Perrin. We strive to provide items that are creative, but also familiar and that feed the belly as well as the mind. Perrin’s menu picks up where Sydney left off by focusing on seasonal offerings that are as locally sourced as possible,” says co-owner Marco Suarez.

The new pastry menu will include a Spiced Pumpkin Muffin, Seeded Focaccia with Roasted Garlic, an Olive Oil Torta Cake, a Dark Chocolate Cookie, and Orange Blossom Granola.

The new food menu will include a Breakfast Sandwich, Potato & Cheese Pavé, Whipped Chevre Tartine, Loaded Focaccia, and a Roasted Pork Sandwich. The classic Buttermilk Pancakes will remain on the menu.

The new food menu is available every day, only at The Commons location from 8:00AM to 3:00PM.
