Mavin Construction, a Greenville-based general contractor, is pleased to announce the recent hire of four new team members: Nathan Hicks as Superintendent, Matt Rollins as Assistant Superintendent, Hannah Krenzer as Marketing Coordinator, and Brian Scull as Maintenance Specialist.
Nathan Hicks, Superintendent, comes to Mavin with 15+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent on industrial and Manufacturing projects. His experience in the Industrial and Supply Chain facilities has allowed him to gain a knowledge base of many different types of raw material processing. Some of the clients he has previously built facilities for are WinPak, Dart Containers, International Paper, Sensient Paper, Arizona Chemical, Contract Packaging, Graphic Packaging, ESSROC and General Chemical. His transition to Mavin was driven by his desire to remain at home during the week to spend as much time as possible with his family.
Matt Rollins, Assistant Superintendent, grew up in the Upstate and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in 2002. Matt has been involved agriculture and teaching since he graduated. Many of the courses Rollins has taught throughout his career are directly applicable to the skills needed in commercial construction. His ability to develop rapport and strong relationships with everyone he is around differentiates him, and no matter where he goes throughout the Upstate, he is always met with a warm smile from a close friend or supporter that he has built a relationship with.
Hannah Krenzer, Marketing Coordinator, is a 2011 graduate of Wilmington College of Ohio. She comes to us from a marketing company in Daytona Beach, Florida where she worked as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator for over six years. Prior to working in the marketing world full-time, Hannah had a career in Minor League Baseball where she was a Marketing and Promotions Coordinator. Hannah’s career background has helped to develop her creativity, competitive edge, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that clients, colleagues, and everyone in between receive the best experience possible when working with Mavin Construction.
Brian Scull, Maintenance Specialist, joins the Mavin team with over 25 years of experience in facility management from the US Navy to most recently the Kroc Center. His experience has allowed him to learn how many different systems function and most importantly how to quickly and safely troubleshoot those systems whenever a concern arises. His skillsets enhance our capabilities in Facility Maintenance for both preventative and emergency response concerns. We are excited to have Brian as a licensed HVAC Technician and trusted advisor for facility planning and equipment maintenance needs.
