ERG Payroll & HR announces the Fourth Annual Growth Summit

ERG Payroll & HR has announced the Fourth Annual Growth Summit, which is taking place October 4th. The Growth Summit is an event for people that want to grow themselves, their company, and their network. The event brings together the most forward-thinking minds in South Carolina to learn from experts on how to better yourself and your business.

The Growth Summit, which is being held at the Central Energy Building, has been designed to offer professional growth and networking for local leaders. Every dollar from ticket sales to the event will be donated to Transitions Homeless Shelter.

The upcoming event includes educational sessions, panel conversations, and a “keynote” from Marcus Lattimore, “Keynote” Speaker.

“The health and success of a company is dependent upon the development of the leaders who organize and manage their particular entity. I am honored to play a small part in this event. It's a great time to be in the city of Columbia where I developed into the person I am today.” said Marcus Lattimore.

“We created this event to fill the void of networking and educational opportunities for local entrepreneurs and small business leaders. Our challenges are unique. Learning from those who have been where we want to go is paramount to the success of the local economy.” said Matt Vaadi, CEO of ERG Payroll & HR.

There are many local companies partnering to bring the power of local leaders together for a day they won’t soon forget. The partner hosts include Bauknight, Pietras, & Stormer, KRJ Consulting, SCRA, Pendleton Street Business Advisors, Nelson Mullins and The Curbside Studio.
