(August 16, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the disposition of a portfolio of 11 manufactured home communities located in Anderson and Oconee Counties, S.C., for $6.325 million. Harry Croxton, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented the seller.
The 11 manufactured home communities are comprised of 220 mobile home sites with 208 park-owned homes situated on approximately 61 acres of land.
“The portfolio experienced growth over the 25-year period it was owned by the seller, primarily comprised of park-owned manufactured home communities. The buyer, a real estate investment trust, intends to continue managing and operating the properties in their current function,” said Croxton.
