LS3P’s Greenville Office Recognizes Outstanding Team Members

LS3P congratulates three Greenville team members who were recently recognized for exemplary efforts.

Architect Helen Byce, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, GGP; and Architect Matthew Santilli, AIA, LEED AP BD+C were recognized as Senior Associates. Byce, who joined the firm in 2014, specializes in healthcare design; she is a current member of Leadership Greenville and a founding member of the ACE Mentor Program’s Upstate Affiliate. Santilli, whose portfolio includes significant experience in designs for higher education, is a past President of AIA Greenville and joined the firm in 2008.

Architect Kirsten Schoettelkotte, AIA was named as an Associate. Schoettelkotte works primarily in residential design. She is currently serving as Commissioner for The Greenville Housing Authority, member of the Mobility Ad Hoc Committee of the City of Greenville Green Ribbon Advisory Committee, Chair of AIA Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) Greenville, and Treasurer for Greenville MOD. She first joined the firm in 2009.
