LS3P is pleased to welcome Kristie Nicoloff, NCIDQ, who joins the firm’s Greenville office as Healthcare Sector Leader. Nicoloff is an award-winning, nationally accredited designer with over 23 years of healthcare experience in interior design and facility project management.

Her previous professional experience includes project management and design while working as a Senior Project Manager and Space Planner at major healthcare systems in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC; she has also worked as an interior designer at firms in Charlotte, NC, and Chicago and McHenry, IL.
Vice President and Principal Scott May, AIA, leads LS3P’s Greenville office, and believes Nicoloff’s extensive experience working both for and within major healthcare systems will be a significant asset to the firm. “Kristie has earned a reputation for innovation and for design solutions which create safe, healthy environments for healing, staff attraction, and retention, while maintaining fiscal responsibility,” May explains. “She champions cutting-edge healthcare designs and partners with major medical facilities to develop creative solutions in an environment that supports active engagement from multiple stakeholders. We look forward to working with her as she fosters knowledge in all areas of design.”
Nicoloff earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture with emphasis in Design from Northern Illinois University. She is actively engaged in community and professional service as a member of the IIDA Carolinas Chapter, and has served on the Board of Directors in various roles at the Vice President level for 10 years and volunteered with multiple Upstate universities as an adviser for program accreditation review and in student reviews. Kristoff has been active in promoting licensure for her profession through legislation at the State level in both North and South Carolina, and is an avid supporter of the Girl Scouts of America, having served at the local troop level and the Service Unit level for the past decade.
