GREENVILLE, SC – Lima One Capital has added Heath Pierce as a Business Development Representative serving the Pacific Northwest.
A Central Washington University graduate, Pierce has worked in the alternative funding industry for mortgage loans and private capital loans since 1989 and has been responsible for billions of dollars of loans funded. He spent the past five years as a Senior Sales Executive at Veristone Capital and before that was a Regional Sales Manager at Angel Oak Mortgage.
In the community, Pierce spent four years serving on the board of directors of the Washington Association. He will be based in Seattle.
