Liberty Property Trust Signs Two Deals in the Greenville-Spartanburg Market

Röchling Renews Full Building Lease at Hillside Industrial Park

GREENVILLE, SC - April 29, 2019 - Liberty Property Trust signed two deals - a renewal and a new lease - at Hillside Industrial Park in Duncan, SC.

Röchling Automotive USA, LLP has renewed its lease of 265 Parkway East in Duncan. A long-term tenant with Liberty, the company occupies the entire 124,800 square foot premises. Headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, Röchling Automotive designs and engineers components and system solutions in the fields of aerodynamics, propulsion and new mobility for automotive manufacturers globally. Bobby Lyons of Lyons Industrial represented the tenant in this transaction. Bryan Blythe represented Liberty in the renewal.

Liberty also signed a new lease in the same park with XPO Logistics. The tenant will move into a 32,000 square foot space during Q2 located at 170 Parkway West. Russell Perry and Russell Perry, Jr. of R.E. Perry Company represented XPO Logistics and Brian Young, Elliott Fayssoux, and Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented Liberty in this transaction.

Liberty owns four buildings in Hillside Industrial Park totaling 510,400 square feet. The park is strategically located off Highway 290 near the I-85 interchange. Liberty’s assets within the park are 97.5% occupied.
