Lee & Associates’ industrial specialists Matthew Reynolds and Jordan Skellie represented Utah-based Evobox, a third-party logistics company, in the leasing of 121,160 SF at Southchase Industrial Park in Fountain Inn. The class-A industrial facility will service their customers on the east coast.
Built in 2019, this 219,054 SF facility features 30’ clear height and an ESFR fire protection system. The balance of the building was leased by Cleveland Golf early last year. Southchase Industrial Park is located directly off I-385 and approximately 12miles from I-85.
Evobox’s investment in the Upstate demonstrates the company’s commitment to their east coast customers and shows the confidence they have in Greenville County’s business-friendly climate. “We’re thrilled with their decision to invest in the Upstate,” said Reynolds. “This area continues to attract innovative companies that see the value of the Upstate’s location, lifestyle and affordability, particularly in comparison to surrounding southeastern markets. It’s rewarding to help a rapidly growing company find the right facility for continued expansion.”
With state-of-the-art technologies and 99% shipping accuracy, Evobox stands apart within the logistics segment. Combining industry knowledge, trusted values and an attentive staff, Evobox focuses on simplified solutions in fulfillment, bulk shipping, kitting and other value-add shipping services.
