Jeff Dezen Public Relations (JDPR) is thrilled to announce the addition of William Henderson as the agency’s newest Senior Account Executive. Henderson’s focus will include building and fortifying client relationships while supporting strategic planning, media relations and brand awareness initiatives for JDPR’s roster of regional and national clients.
A native Texan with a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, Henderson joins JDPR with extensive experience in political, business and technical communication. Prior to joining JDPR, he spent five years as legislative staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, including time as the Policy & Press Assistant to the Committee on Science, Space and Technology. Most recently, Henderson served as manager of corporate initiatives and business technology for a Greenville-based leader in petroleum and alternative fuels delivery where he developed holistic communication strategies and created data-driven marketing initiatives to advance business imperatives.
Henderson has also helped produce several regional festivals including Highlands Food & Wine and Bear Shadow in Highlands, NC, where he has worked closely with JDPR.
“We are thrilled to have William join the JDPR family,” says Drew Dezen, Agency Director. “With his note-worthy background in local business, strategic planning and national-level communications, he is sure to provide valuable insight and expand JDPR’s capabilities even further.”
