“I’ve known Rob for over 15 years in his various roles in companies that did business with IndySoft,” said Rhett Price, IndySoft’s co-founder and CTO. “I’ve always had great respect for him and know that he is the right leader for IndySoft as we move forward. We have some aggressive initiatives that we are working on and Rob is just the person to steer IndySoft as we enter this next chapter of expanded product innovation and growth.”

“IndySoft is a company that I have admired as they have grown and evolved throughout my career,” noted Flack. “I see great vision in what they have done and what they are looking forward to achieving. I couldn’t be more honored to have been chosen to drive IndySoft as they aspire to the next level.”

Prior to joining IndySoft, Flack was with Transcat, the leading supplier of calibration, validation, and analytical services to premier manufacturing firms throughout North America. There, he held various vice president roles in business development, operations, and sales and was an integral part of the team that drove Transcat’s stock price 297% from $8.65 per share to $25.68 per share during his tenure.

“Rhett and I believe that the job of IndySoft’s CEO now requires additional attributes to successfully execute on the company’s strategy. Rob has the right operational skills and leadership abilities to deliver on the improved execution and financial performance we are aiming for,” said Leon Price.
