Greenville, SC – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the hire of Mr. Jonathan David Rackley, EIT. He joins the firm with a range of civil design expertise including civil/site development, roadway systems design, stormwater management and water/sewer systems design for a host of clientele with emphasis on state and local governments. Clients of note include SCDOT, SCDHEC, Greenville County, Spartanburg County and Oconee County. As a Project Engineer, David’s responsibilities include project coordination, design, permitting and construction administration for the firm’s infrastructure projects. He is an Engineer-in-Training registered in the State of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science and Mathematics in Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University.
