Greenville, S.C. — Hartness, is pleased to announce Tori Wallace-Babcock as development manager. In this role, Wallace-Babcock will lead all critical aspects of the development process, from inception through construction completion, for every project within the 449-acre urban village located on Greenville’s Eastside.

Wallace-Babcock brings over fifteen years of development, real estate, and construction-related project management experience to Hartness. She comes to the award-winning urban village from Mashburn Construction Company’s Greenville office, where she served as project manager. As project manager, she provided valuable insight on development solutions during the entire build process, ensuring client’s goals were upheld and expectations met. Wallace-Babcock’s experience also includes serving as the project manager and owner’s representative at Central Realty Holdings, LLC. In this role, she worked with a variety of builders, architects, and owners to provide project management services, and general support and training throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of a project. She additionally served as part-time lecturer at Clemson University, teaching a master’s level course on mixed-use development.
Wallace-Babcock earned her bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
