Greenville Country Club (GCC), one of the Southeast’s most historic and prestigious country clubs, has expanded its Food and Beverage department with the addition of Michael Pili as Food and Beverage Service Director and the promotion of Haley Gravley as Private Events Manager, Amanda Jones as Food and Beverage Manager, and Amanda Lyke as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
“We are thrilled to add these new team members to our tenured, award-winning staff,” says Greg Hobbs, General Manager of GCC. “We are confident they will continue to provide exceptional service to GCC’s valued members.”
Michael Pili, Food and Beverage Service Director, has a vast experience in hospitality, working in the cruise ship industry for seven years before working in private clubs in Florida and now in South Carolina. He also previously worked in Food and Beverage Management at Thornblade Club for two years. Pili is involved in non-profit work and currently serves as a Board Member on Acorn to Oak International and The Orphans Dream Project.
Haley Gravley, recently promoted to Private Events Manager, is a graduate from Clemson University with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. She worked at Chanticleer's Turnhouse as Food and Beverage Manager for two years, which allowed her to garner relationships with GCC members, making them feel more comfortable when working with her on their special, private events.
Amanda Jones, the new Food and Beverage Manager at Chanticleer’s Turnhouse, has worked at GCC since January 2017 and is a service-focused professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations. Jones is excited for this opportunity to continue to grow both professionally and personally within GCC.
Amanda Lyke, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Chanticleer’s Turnhouse, is a South Florida native who ventured to the Upstate from Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill in May 2018. With her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Lyke strives to attain peak member satisfaction and hopes to create memorable experiences for GCC’s members.
