$3-3.5 Million Winner
Greenville, SC: Gabriel Builders took home four Pinnacle Awards from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina this past weekend. These awards recognize the craftsmanship of the best home builders and remodelers in the state. Winners are featured in the SC Builder Journal and are also highlighted on the SC Department of Commerce and the SC Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism websites to showcase the quality of South Carolina residential builders.
Gabriel Builders took home two Pinnacle awards in the New Home Construction category. Both homes are located in the prestigious community of The Cliffs at Keowee Falls. The mountain setting and beautiful blue waters of Lake Keowee, provide the perfect backdrop for these award-winning homes. One home won in the $2.5-3 million category and the other placed in the $3-3.5 million category. The same home that won in the $3-3.5 million category, also won a Pinnacle Award for Best Achievement in Green Building, which is a huge compliment to Gabriel Builders’ commitment to sustainable building and quality control.
The fourth Pinnacle Award was given for the Best Brochure.
Since 2008, Gabriel Builders has taken home at least one Pinnacle Award every year, creating a grand total of sixteen of these prestigious awards. Owners, Gus and Belinda Rubio, feel blessed to have had the opportunities that they have over the years.
