Greenville, SC – Flagship Commercial, a division of Flagship Properties in Greenville, SC, has added Karen Janette as Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. Janette brings more than 20 years of experience in business consulting, marketing and project management to the team.

Janette’s experience spans across various industries, including real estate, health and wellness, retail, technology, media, and sports. Prior to commercial real estate, she owned and operated a consulting business which guided start-ups and growth stage companies in developing expansion and funding strategies, marketing plans, and public relations campaigns. She was also a part of property acquisition advisory teams in the capacity of site selection and feasibility studies for several redevelopment projects throughout the Southeast. Janette will advise clients on the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of income properties.
