GREENVILLE, SC – August 20, 2019 – Entercom, the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, has been honored with fifteen South Carolina Broadcasters Association (SCBA) awards, including eight State Television and Radio (STAR) Awards and seven Awards of Merit. The awards were presented at the SCBA’s STAR Awards Ceremony at the Columbia Conference Center in Columbia, SC on Saturday, August 17.
ESPN Upstate (WYRD-AM), 93.3 The Planet (WTPT-FM), Classic Rock 101.1 (WROQ-FM), 106.3 WORD (WYRD-FM), and Magic 98.9 (WSPA-FM) each received first place in eight categories.
