he South Carolina Department of Transportation Office of Public Transit will hold four (4) workshops for current subrecipients, and agencies/entities seeking to become eligible subrecipients. The workshop will address basic program requirements to include how to become a subrecipient, review application process, eligible projects/expenses, invoices and procurement requirements for entities seeking FTA Section 5310 funding.
Attention: All potential eligible subrecipients include nonprofit organizations, states or local government authorities, or operators of public transportation. Entities that have public transportation capital projects planned, designed, and/or carried out to meet the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities when public transportation is insufficient, unavailable, or inappropriate.
