Thirty-nine Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network members, including CREW Upstate’s, Jayne McCall have been honored by Real Estate Forum in the magazine’s Women of Influence 25th anniversary issue. The women were selected from nearly 500 nominees based on their achievements in, contributions to, and reputation in the business.
Jayne McCall’s 36-year career in commercial real estate has been made more meaningful given her interest in seeing others grow and succeed. She currently leads a division that manages more than 230,000 square feet of medical office space in nine buildings, and more than 1.9 million square feet of office and retail space. Most of McCall’s past year has been engaged in developing and constructing the $31 million Clemson University School of Nursing building, managing the design, bidding, financing, construction and delivery of this unique collaboration. The 80,000-square-foot project was delivered on time and significantly under budget. This year, she was honored with the Career Advancement for Women award by CREW Upstate. She is a board member of the Judson Community YMCA, a delivery volunteer with Meals on Wheels and participated in Class 41 of Leadership Greenville.
