Crawford Welcomes Samantha Ferland as Office Manager

SamanthaCrawford, a full-service marketing and branding agency, recently welcomed Samantha Ferland as office manager. In this role, she is responsible for being the primary resource for a number of activities related to the office or the team, including coordinating office events, ensuring office standards are upheld and assisting in onboarding new employees.

“I am pleased to join the Crawford family,” said Ferland. “I strive to oversee Crawford’s office with an attention to detail and a purpose to bring peace of mind to all who work for or alongside our agency. It takes all team members working together to make a great product and I am proud to play a role in what Crawford is able to offer our clients and community.”

With a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments, Samantha is the “gatekeeper” of Crawford’s offices on West McBee Avenue. There she manages the daily workflow, serves as the first point of contact when clients arrive, and upholds ongoing health and safety precautions Crawford installed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. She comes to Crawford from Carnival Cruise Lines where she facilitated youth and teen programs, as well as the monitoring of ongoing safety procedures.

“As our Crawford team navigates the balance of time spent in office with the increase in remote work during the pandemic, we are pleased to have Samantha on board to facilitate safety precautions, while simultaneously managing our daily office operations and workflow,” said Allison Mertens, Senior Vice President for Corporate Growth.

“With her history of managing youth and teen programs, we know she is more than equipped to run our office with efficiency and a little flair.”

Samantha is a recent Greenville transplant originally from Maine and says she is looking forward to warmer winters.
