Crawford, a full-service strategic marketing agency, grew several of its largest and most long-standing client relationships, while also expanding its roster of national and regional accounts, leading to several important moves.
Notably, Crawford named Bryant Lambert as senior vice president, client relations. In this newly created role, Lambert will focus on deepening Crawford’s client relationships, implementing innovative marketing and communications strategies and driving results.
Lambert is the latest addition to Crawford’s management team. Earlier this year, the agency tapped 25-year industry veteran Wendy McCarthy as its new director of public relations. McCarthy brings expertise in publicity, entertainment, experiential and influencer marketing, working with global brands like Universal Studios, Expedia and Yellow Tail.
In addition to strategic new hires, Crawford solidified its client service team with promotions for Cara Brown and Taylor Wilson, both with the agency for five years.

Lambert previously worked at Ep+Co for 12 years, most recently serving as vice president, group account director. He brings a wealth of B2B and B2C marketing experience, having worked with clients like Verizon, Synchrony and General Mills. In addition, Lambert is a play-by-play announcer for ESPN, covering a variety of sporting events for his alma mater Furman University.

As the newly named associate account director, Cara Brown will primarily focus on elevating client work and continuing to strengthen Crawford’s client relations team. This includes managing myriad marketing initiatives and complex production projects. Brown joined Crawford nearly six years ago as an account executive and has been promoted twice, most recently serving as senior account supervisor.
Prior to Crawford, Brown was senior digital marketing manager in Washington, D.C. for The Advisory Board Company and marketing coordinator for Industry Data Exchange Association, Inc., both with a heavy focus on B2B and marketing technology. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
Taylor Wilson has been promoted from senior account executive to account supervisor. In this elevated role, Wilson champions strategy development and assists with creative ideation, media planning, production and content development.
She joined Crawford in early 2018 as an account coordinator. She was previously promoted to account executive and then senior account executive. Wilson earned a master’s degree in communications and a bachelor’s degree in sports communication, both from Clemson University.
