Greenville, S.C. – Countybank is pleased to welcome Scott Presley as Vice President, Director of Residential Construction Lending. Presley comes to Countybank with more than 20 years of experience as a construction lender in the Greenville/Greer area.

Presley most recently served as Construction Lender with Oconee Federal Savings and Loan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clemson University. Presley has been a member of the Homebuilders Association (HBA) of Greenville since 1996 and has also served on the HBA of Greenville’s Board of Directors and chaired numerous committees.
As Vice President, Director of Residential Construction Lending, Presley is responsible for developing a portfolio of homebuilders and managing a lending program specifically designed to fund construction loans to a top tier segment of homebuilders within the Upstate market.
