Victor Hill Distribution Center Rendering
(Duncan, SC) – Seefried Industrial Properties has launched construction Victor Hill Distribution Center, a new 185,250-square-foot industrial development located at 1117 Victor Hill Rd in Duncan, SC.
The 15-acre site offers close proximity to BMW, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and SC Inland Port.
The Class A distribution center is being built on a speculative basis and will be completed with tenant occupancy available for July 2022. The building is designed as 32’ clear height and features a rear-load configuration with 185’ truck court, 30 dock doors (9’ x 10’), 135 parking spaces (five ADA), and 50 standard tractor trailer spaces. The building will additionally offer 2,300 square feet of office space.
Doug Smith and Joseph Tripp of Seefried will lead leasing and marketing efforts on the building. The general contractor is Pattillo Construction Corporation; MCA Architecture is the project architect.
