Commerce Club announced today that Steve Doliget has recently joined the Commerce Club as Executive Chef. Steve moved to Greenville from Chicago, where he held positions at the Ritz-Carlton as well as a private country club. Originally from France, Steve worked both in Paris and the French Alps prior to his time in Chicago. He studied as an apprentice under the award-winning Chef Claude Le-Tohic at the Centre de Formation d’Apprentis Interconsulaire de l’Eure and perfected his culinary skills at Michelin star restaurant, Les Saisons.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, Steve is already integrating into the burgeoning culinary scene in Greenville. He will work alongside guest chefs for the Euphoria event, “Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner” to be hosted at the Commerce Club onSaturday, September 23.
