John Montgomery, Chuck Salley, SIOR and Garrett Scott, SIOR of Colliers International | South Carolina have been named to the 2019 Everest Awards. The Everest Club recognizes Colliers professionals in the United States based on revenue production.

All three commercial real estate brokers are Vice Presidents and shareholders of Colliers | South Carolina and specialize in industrial brokerage. This is the third year in a row that Salley and Scott have been recognized with this achievement.

With his breadth of experience in master-planned communities, retail, residential, commercial and industrial development projects, he guides clients through the development process from inception through lease-up.

Salley is Vice President and Director of the Industrial Brokerage Team in Columbia and is a shareholder of the company. He will celebrate his 40th year with the company in 2020. He specializes in representing industrial landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site selection and acquisition, investment sales and consulting.

Scott is Vice President and a shareholder of the company in the firm’s Spartanburg office. He specializes in the leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Greenville-Spartanburg market. He provides clients with a unique perspective to their real estate decisions, focusing not only on the transaction but also on maximizing the operational attributes of properties he represents.
