The City of Greenville, SC has implemented OnBoard, the one-stop portal to board and commission management.
OnBoard, one of ClerkBase’s suite of open government solutions, allows users to update contact information for board members, track membership, print board books, create mailing lists, run term expiration reports, and much more.
The city had been using a customized board management program developed by the City Clerk’s office and its in-house information technology team, but with the recent launch of a revamped municipal website using a different platform, a new system was required.
“OnBoard replaces the need for paper records and antiquated filing systems,” says ClerkBase President Jay Rosenfield. “In this case, the city’s former program was stellar, but no longer compatible with the new technology. OnBoard is able to provide the Clerk’s office with the features and advantages of their former system – and more.”
