Chick-fil-A’s Kevin Purcer to speak at Endeavor’s Collaborators & Cocktails on January 16, 2020
GREENVILLE, SC – Endeavor, a coworking space for creatives, agencies and corporate marketing teams in the heart of downtown Greenville, announces that Chick-fil-A’s director of customer digital experience, Kevin Purcer, will speak at its first Collaborators & Cocktails speaker series of 2020 on January 16. In addition to its iconic chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A is known for delivering unbeatable customer service, industry-leading innovations in digital marketing and despite being closed on Sundays, ranking as the third largest quick-service restaurant in the country.
For more than three years, Purcer has led Chick-fil-A’s customer digital experience team, creating remarkable experiences through the Chick-fil-A app, website and Chick-fil-A One Membership program for consumers whose demand for convenience consistently increases. Purcer will share how the company’s culture shapes how the brand is delivered, how the on-demand economy is shaping how Chick-fil-A is planning for its future, and how digital is transforming the ways guests engage with the brand. He will give a rare inside look into how that translates into strategies for serving and retaining the convenience-driven customer, especially Millennial parents.
“Kevin is a brilliant digital strategist who has mastered the art of melding data with an exceptional customer experience to win customers over in a world where brand loyalty is fleeting,” said Joe Erwin, president of Erwin Creates and founder of Endeavor. “He is a forward-thinking, creative marketer who will no doubt inspire our members to help better attract, engage and develop long-term relationships with customers.
Before joining Chick-fil-A, Purcer spent 17 years at the Erwin-Penland agency, where he led development of digital strategies for a variety of brands including Michelin, Denny’s, L.L.Bean and Verizon. He earned a B.S. in Marketing/Entrepreneurship in 1999 from Clemson University.
Collaborators & Cocktails starts with networking at 5 p.m., followed by the presentation and Q&A session at 5:45 p.m. The event is free to all Endeavor members and corporate members, with a very limited number of advance purchased guest tickets available for $30. Advance registration is required. No walk-ins admitted. Contact Endeavor@EndeavorGreenville.com to request tickets.
