Celebrate 100 Years of the American Red Cross Serving the Upstate

March 2017 Marks the Centennial Anniversary of the local American Red Cross. For 100 years the Red Cross has been serving the residents of the Upstate, providing help when it was needed most. To commemorate the past and kick-off the next century of Red Cross service to the Upstate, the former board chairs are hosting a special celebration at the Peace Center Huguenot Mill. The evening features live music by the Greenville Jazz Ensemble and food by CHEF360. Take a walk down memory lane with memorabilia from days past.

Since its inception, the Red Cross has been a volunteer lead organization. Even today, a day doesn’t go by in the Upstate when Red Cross volunteers aren’t out in the community, helping friends and neighbors when it is needed the most.
